The route showcases colourful narrowboats, stone bridges, and peaceful canalside pubs—perfect for breaking longer sections into manageable family-friendly strolls with plenty of spots to rest and watch boats navigate the locks.

Upton House Ley Line Walk, Upton House and Gardens

Follows rolling Warwickshire farmland with moderate climbs through the Edgehill estate, including some steeper sections near the house itself. Not suitable for buggies due to uneven field paths and stiles; manageable for older children used to longer walks. Dogs welcome on leads near livestock. Rewards you with sweeping views across the valley, formal gardens at Upton House, and intriguing ley line markers connecting ancient sites across the landscape.
