The morning mist clings to the hedgerows here, and you wake to the sound of nothing much at all — just birdsong and the occasional bleat from the fields beyond.

This is proper farm camping for those who like things simple and quiet. Tents and campervans are welcome, and dogs can stretch their legs across the working farmland that surrounds the site. It's the kind of place that suits couples after a digital detox, solo campers with a good book, or anyone who wants to fall asleep under properly dark skies without the hum of a shower block next door.

Facilities are minimal — this is back-to-basics stuff — but the dog-friendly policy means your four-legged friend gets a proper countryside ramble. Campfires may be allowed depending on conditions, so ask when you arrive. Expect muddy boots, early nights, and the sort of peace you don't find on bigger sites.
