South West Coast Path (Section 27: The Lizard to Coverack)
Follows dramatic coastal cliffs with some steep, challenging sections and uneven terrain – not suitable for buggies or very young children. Dogs welcome on leads near cliff edges and livestock. Expect breathtaking views across Mount's Bay, secluded coves, and wildflower-strewn headlands. The rugged coastline rewards effort with some of Cornwall's most unspoilt scenery, passing tiny fishing villages and Bronze Age remains. Allow 5-6 hours for this demanding but spectacular stretch.
