Saint Cuthbert's Way (Melrose to Kirk Yetholm)
Follows the legendary 100km pilgrim path honouring Northumbria's patron saint, traversing rolling Borders hills, river valleys, and the Cheviot foothills with frequent steep climbs and descents. Not suitable for buggies or young children—this is a multi-day challenge requiring stamina and proper hiking boots. Dogs welcome but must be kept under close control around livestock throughout. Rewards walkers with stunning ridge views, historic sites including Lindisfarne connections, and quintessentia
