The creak of a Victorian gate, the salt-bright air drifting in from the Channel, a quiet residential street minutes from Hove seafront — Greenways sits in that sweet spot between the buzz of Brighton and the calmer end of the promenade.

This one suits couples after a proper bed and a cooked breakfast, or small groups who fancy a camping pod in the garden but don't want to stray far from cafés, pubs, and the seafront path. Hove's mellower than its neighbour, all Regency squares and dog-friendly beaches, and you're well-placed for the South Downs if you fancy a morning walk before the crowds arrive. The pod gives you a bit of freedom to come and go; the guest house gives you comfort and a hot shower without the tent pegs.

Facilities aren't listed in detail, so check what's included when you book — and ask about dogs and campfires on arrival, as policies vary. It's a small, personal setup, year-round, and the vibe's more seaside stopover than wild camp. Good for a night or two if you're touring the coast or just want the sea without the full campsite experience.
