South West Coast Path (Section 12: Crackington Haven to Tintagel)
Tackles dramatic clifftop terrain with steep, relentless ascents and descents—not suitable for buggies or young children. Dogs welcome on leads near livestock and cliff edges. Rewards the effort with spectacular coastal views, rugged headlands, and the iconic ruins of Tintagel Castle. Expect rocky, uneven paths and exposed sections requiring good fitness and sturdy boots. One of Cornwall's most breathtaking but challenging coastal stretches.
