Cumbria Way
Stretches 73 miles from Ulverston to Carlisle through varied Lake District terrain—expect steep climbs over high passes, gentler valleys, and woodland trails. Not suitable for buggies or young children due to length, rough ground, and significant elevation changes. Dogs welcome but must be fit and under control near livestock. A challenging multi-day route showcasing Cumbria's finest landscapes, from Coniston Water through the central fells to the Eden Valley.
