Creag Mèagaidh Trail

Climbs steeply through ancient woodland before opening onto exposed mountain terrain with dramatic corries and high plateaus. This is a serious Scottish hill route with significant elevation gain and challenging, rocky paths – definitely not suitable for young children or buggies. Dogs are welcome but need to be mountain-fit and under close control. Rewards with stunning Highland views and a real sense of wilderness, ideal for experienced walkers seeking proper Munro territory.
