South West Coast Path (Section 43: Babbacombe to Exmouth)
Follows Devon's dramatic red-cliff coastline through seaside towns, nature reserves and quiet coves, with frequent steep ascents and descents on uneven coastal paths. Not suitable for buggies or very young children due to challenging terrain, cliff edges and steps. Dogs welcome but must be under close control near livestock and cliff paths. Delivers stunning sea views, geological wonders at Ladram Bay, charming stops in Budleigh Salterton and Sidmouth, plus excellent rock-pooling opportunities.
