Sandymouth to Duckpool and Stowe Wood circular walk, North Cornwall

Climbs steadily out of Sandymouth along dramatic coastal cliffs before dropping to Duckpool beach, then loops inland through ancient Stowe Wood. Expect steep ascents and descents on coast path sections with some rocky, uneven ground – not suitable for buggies or very young children. Dogs welcome but keep on leads near livestock and cliff edges.
