Tabular Hills Walk
Winds through the dramatic ridge country between Helmsley and Scarborough, combining high moorland plateaus with steep-sided dales and ancient woodland. Terrain is challenging—expect significant ascents and descents on uneven paths that can be muddy after rain. Not suitable for buggies or very young children due to length and elevation changes. Dogs welcome but keep on leads near grazing livestock common throughout. Rewards walkers with sweeping views across the North York Moors, secluded valley
