Meanders through mixed woodland and open meadows near Newent with gentle, undulating terrain suitable for families and well-behaved dogs on leads. The trail surface can be muddy after rain, making it tricky for buggies, though pushchairs manage in dry conditions. Offers peaceful countryside views across the Leadon Valley and a chance to spot local wildlife including deer and woodland birds, making it ideal for a relaxed morning or afternoon ramble.

Weaves through ancient woodland on well-maintained, mostly flat paths with gentle inclines, perfect for families and pushchair-friendly in many sections. Dogs welcome on leads. Discover over 20 intriguing outdoor sculptures hidden among towering trees and ferns – from giant thrones to mysterious installations – making this a fantastic trail for keeping kids engaged while exploring one of England's oldest forests.
